About the Job: We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage our paid media strategy, results and all relevant KPIs. The right candidate for the role is an incredibly data-driven paid media expert with a proven track record driving a high volume of opportunities into sales. You will need deep expertise driving leads and pipeline across all digital channels including: social media, organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM), websites, display ads, email, mobile, etc. You will work closely with all other marketing groups, sales, product and ops to create ABM campaigns, analyze data, and optimize all aspects of our digital channel strategy.
Strategic Digital Planning
Support and implement a comprehensive digital channel (social media, organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM), websites, display ads, email, mobile, etc) strategy aligned with overall business objectives, working closely with our paid media agency.
Drive qualified leads into our database and sales team through a paid digital playbook that is constantly optimized
Identify target audiences and trends, and create tailored campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Constantly test across the core elements of audiences, ads, and offers across each campaign and channel
Increase efficiency in our payback period by reducing CPL/CPA and increasing the quality of pipeline
Collaborate with marketing team to implement effective lead nurturing programs
Campaign Development, Management & Strategy
Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and iterate strategies to optimize results for ABM campaigns
Work closely with relevant marketing groups to take new product launches, creative assets and campaign ideas to market
Build a complex ROI model that can report on campaign results, ad creative results and audience results by any relevant category
Work closely with BDR/SDR team on joint messaging and audiences for outbound sales and marketing campaigns
Oversee the optimization of the company website to enhance user experience and ensure alignment with the brand message.
Collaborate with web development teams to implement SEO best practices and improve site performance.

Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience at a fast-growing B2B startup
Digital channel expert on top of all the latest ad platform algorithm changes (social media, organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM), websites, display ads, email, mobile, etc)
Experience managing a paid media agency and a large budget
A strong data-driven approach to decision making with experience building data models
The ability to work with a high volume of paid landing pages and custom tracking codes
A great project manager who can keep track of a high volume of requests and always hits deadlines
Well-versed in technology (HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, data management, etc.), data flows, and integrations needed to run data-driven campaigns
Experience navigating, and reporting on, a variety of metrics such as MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI across different marketing attribution models
Collaborative with a bias towards action; you are adept at working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment with priorities that shift
Strong copywriting skills, particularly focused on ad copy, emails, and landing pages
Experience in cybersecurity, privacy and compliance market is a bonus
